Our Signature four course Dinner Cruise offers guests an exquisite culinary experience on the serene waters of Darwin Harbour. This exclusive cruise features a carefully curated menu showcasing fine local cuisines, crafted by our chefs using the freshest regional ingredients, where guests can savour the best the Top End has to offer.

What's Included:

Guests are welcomed aboard with a warm friendly smile and an ice cold Champagne on arrival!

Begin your cruise with a selection of home-made dips crafted with the freshest ingredients accompanied by toasted bread and gourmet crackers. 

Then enjoy some of the Territory’s freshest ocean caught seafood for entrees, followed a choice between our catch of the day or a tender beef scotch fillet for mains. To accompany main course, we have a selection of fresh salads which guests can help themselves to.

Entree: 

Succulent natural Coffin Bay Oysters (GF,DF)

Poached Gulf Banana Prawns (GF,DF)

Captain's signature Smoked Mackerel (GF,DF) 

Mains: 

Catch of the day with a fresh mango salsa. (GF, DF)
(Spanish Mackerel, Snapper, Jewfish or King Thread Fin Salmon, dependent on daily catch)

                    or 

Scotch fillet with artisanal onion relish (GF,DF) 

Mains are cooked to order and complemented by a selection of freshly prepared salads and freshly baked, crusty bread.

Salad Bar:

Market slaw, sesame dressing, peanut (GF, DF) 

Leafy greens, Pear, honey mustard, smoked walnuts (GF,DFO)

Chats Potato, sour cream, lemon myrtle, pickled onion (GF,DFO)

All our products are sourced locally and in line with sustainable practices.

We have a Fully Licensed bar with an extensive menu of drinks available for purchase. For your convenience, we will run a tab for you to settle at the end of the cruise.

Getting there:

Please meet us at Dock 3, Stokes Hill Wharf at around 5pm to begin boarding from 5.10pm, returning at around 8pm.

Please Note:

- On occasion it may be necessary that bookings for 2 guests be seated at a shared table of 6 total. If you are travelling solo, please call 0439 893 939 to book over the phone.

- Child rate applies to guests between 1-12 years of age, if you are travelling with an infant 12 months or younger please contact us on 0439 893 939.

- Dinner is a set menu, with a mixture of table and self service and not all dietary requirements can be accommodated.
